These retreats/workshops are exclusive events with limited numbers of participants which allows you to gain a deep and personal relationship with West African culture, music and dance together with Sousou & Maher Cissoko and the team of Jaliya Camp.

We follow the recommendations and updates from Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Public Health Authority and will do our very best to make your stay as safe and happy as possible. Note that everyone travels on your own risk and is responsible for your own health and anything that could happen outside or inside of Jaliya Camp. Make sure you have the documents/tests/vaccins/insurances needed for travel. By booking you agree to these terms.

Pay the deposit fee of 300 euro (details comes after your registration, the remaining fee will be payed upon arrival in Senegal).
Arrange your travel - purchase your flight ticket and get your necessary documents and insurances! (Hurry up before the good flights are full or prices increases! Need help? Check HERE)
(Payment of the deposit fee is due within 10 days after the registration to complete your reservation and is valid first after the payment).
WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT?
Your booking will be confirmed by email and you will receive bank information and tips on how to organise your trip (flights, health advice, packing list etc.).
By latest three weeks before the trip you will receive an e-mail with all the final details.

included: accommodation (shared room), food (breakfast, lunch, dinner at Jaliya Camp), kora tuition and transport to and from the airport in Gambia or Ziguinchor.

PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION
Payment of the deposit fee of 300 Euro is due within 10 days after the registration to reserve your place. The travel guarantee is a financial protection for travellers when a trip is canceled or canceled in the event of insolvency. Anyone who arranges or sells travel arrangements subject to the provisions of the Travel Guarantees Act (1972:204) must lodge a travel guarantee with Kammarkollegiet before these arrangements can be marketed or sold.
