Iβm a certified 200-hour Radiant Body Yoga teacher, trained by Kia Miller at the Radiant Body Yoga Academy. My teaching blends conscious movement, breathwork, mantra, and meditation β inviting you to both slow down and energize, to tune in and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
In addition to my foundational teacher training, Iβve completed three advanced 60-hour immersions with Kia Miller:
