weekly kora retreats - Preliminary Daily Program:

  • For those of you who likes, you can start your day at the yoga mat by the river or by the ocean to dive into your own spiritual practice and get ready for the day.

  • After breakfast we normally kick off with a short group kora class and then spread out and get individual coaching depending on where you are at with your kora and then you continue to practice as long as you like!

  • After lunch you will have your own Ocean Time or time to discover the daily life in the village or, if you prefer, deepening in your self, kora playing, music and dance.

  • During the afternoons we sometimes offer extra sessions with a variation of music/singing/yoga/dancing/kora meditation/journaling and reflections depending availability and your wishes.

  • After dinner we often light the fire and enjoy music, evening concerts, jamming, singing and sharing together.

All regular activities are included in the price and are of course voluntary to suit your preference and taste.

*Note that this is a preliminary program and can be a subject to change. It’s also flexible and adaptable to the group and individual preferences.
*Yoga and kora teaching is in English/Swedish/and a little French.

Come and play kora with us!
